When should I book?

Early. December dates fill up, and early bookings save. Call or request a quote and we will set a time to measure.

What is included in the price?

Design, lights, installation, bulb and strand replacement during the season, takedown after the holidays, and storage of your lights for next year.

Do I need to be home?

No. We need access to an outdoor outlet. We walk through the finished job with you if you are home, or send photos if you are not.

What if a section goes out?

Call or text us. We replace dead bulbs and strands within 48 hours at no charge.

How does the deposit work?

We send you an estimate. Once you approve it and pay the 50% deposit, your dates are held. The balance is due when the install is finished.

What about bad weather?

We do not work on ladders in wet, icy, or windy conditions. If the weather moves your date, we reschedule with you.
